The scope of work included constructing new primary and kindergarten classrooms, a new media center, a new exceptional education suite, administration renovation, and cafeteria renovation. The following site work was also included: new landscaping, addition of a new parking area, a new playground, inserting a water and sewer lift station, and adding a sewer connection to city main.
Construction Cost: $4 Million
