Mukhtar Kabuka was the project manager of this creative renovation and remodeling program for this old school that had very little technological services provided inside the classrooms. We provided the design, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. We coordinated work performed by other consultants such as structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering. The scope of work included renovation and remodeling 50 classrooms which included new flooring, ceiling, lighting, sound system, safety to life, furnishing and furniture, instructional equipments, painting, doors, and hardware. Other work included structural repairs and a major upgrade to the mechanical and electrical services.
