Mukhtar Kabuka was the project manager of this project. The scope of this project included new covered bus loading zone, new covered walkways, new site drainage, resurfacing existing parking lots, new parking lots, new driveway, resurfacing existing basketball court, new fencing and gates, and new exterior lightings. We provided design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. We provided architectural, surveying, geotechnical, civil, structural, and electrical engineering services. We performed an excellent job in ensuring effective coordination between all disciplines which resulted in great performance and a great end product for the client and the users. This is an example of our success in meeting and exceeding our clients’ budget and schedule requirements; this project came on schedule and under budget, a saving of over 26%.
